John Dilworth
STOTT, George Theodore Born 1870 Henton, Somerset, died 1953 Liverpool UK. Self taught. Worked as an amateur for several years before establishing a professional business in Copperas Hill, Liverpool c.1910. When this building was destroyed by bombing during the Second World War, he relocated to 69 Renshaw Street. Stradivari model with pale gold brown oil varnish; sometimes with more emphatic red colouring. Completed over 40 violins, violas, and cellos. George T.
