SOLAR, Fernando Gonzalez Born 1922 Oviedo, Worked from 1943 Madrid Spain Guitar, violin, and bow maker. Established at 3 Calle del Rollo. Appointed luthier to the Royal Palace and responsible for its Stradivari quartet of decorated instruments, and guitars. His family became among the most celebrated of guitar makers in Spain.
