SIMON, René Born 1844 Castera-Verduzan, d. after 1920 Auch France. Pupil of F. Salzard in Mirecourt. Subsequently spent ten years in various French workshops including that of N. Vuillaume. Established independently from 1873 in rue de Lorraine, Auch. Won several awards. Fine work in the Vuillaume style.
