SCHREIBER, Philip Born 1878 Markneukirchen Germany, died 1964 Glasgow, Scotland UK. Son of Karl Heinrich Schreiber, above. Worked for Briggs in Glasgow from 1897. Established briefly in Antwerp, 1902-1904 at 114 rue Jordaens. Returned to work for Briggs in Glasgow 1904 having been offered a partnership which was never made good. Most of his work carries Briggs’ label. Those from Antwerp labelled: Fait par Ph. Schreiber / Anvers. L’an 1903
