DIDION, Gabriel died 1881 Mirecourt France. Half brother of P. Blanchard. Employed by Veuve Soriot, and later worked as ‘Didion Laberte’ with his nephew, Marc Laberte. Succeeded by the brothers Auguste and Émile Laberte. Typical Mirecourt production; flat arched, Stradivari-derived model.
