John Dilworth
DELIGNON, Louis Born 1909 Baudricourt France. Younger son of Charles Delignon, above. Worked for Collin-Mezin, G. Apparut, Lucien Français, Delprato, and Billottet in various locations. Returned to Baudricourt 1938. Classical and personal models, made to various commercial grades. Lower quality with spirit varnish, finer work with well-coloured oil preparations. Gold medal at Nancy 1936.
