John Dilworth
CLARK, Homer Hone Born 1919 Provo, Worked from 1975 Salt Lake City, Utah USA. Artist and pathologist. Took up violin making in Salt Lake City 1975. Self-taught. Clever copies of classical instruments with antique finish, grafted necks, and bushed pegs. 65 violins, 20 violas, eight cellos recorded. Certificates awarded at Violin Society of America competitions 1978 and 1982, and at Vancouver. [Wenberg]
