John Dilworth
BREDALL, J. B. Worked circa. 1890-1920 Mirecourt France & Chicago, Illinois USA. Pupil of Laurent at Mirecourt. Worked for Bisiach in Milan and with François at Paris. Principal repairman at Lyon and Healy in Chicago for 12 years, before establishing his own business in Chicago 1920. Fine reputation as copyist of classical instruments, using a rich varnish of his own preparation.
