John Dilworth
CHERICONI, Carlo Born 1909 Pisa, died 1982 Massa Apuania Italy. Pupil of G. Ornati. Worked briefly in Lodi, finally established in Massa Apuania, Pisa. Prizewinner in Rome 1954. Work in the Ornati style and in the modern Cremona School manner with pale golden-brown varnish.
