TÓTH, Ilona Márta (née Lemberkovics) Born 1898 Négyes bei Borsod, died 1975 Budapest Hungary. Second wife and pupil of János Tóth, below, in Budapest. Succeeded to her husband’s business in 1944, assisted by J. Bozóky. 11 Stradivari models attributed entirely to her. Pale yellow-orange varnish. Similar style to that of János, but generally said to be of slightly lesser quality.
