ROISMANN, Johann Worked circa. 1630-1684 Wroclaw (Breslau) Poland. One violin preserved in the Musée de la Musique, Paris, decorated with the arms of France and gold, ivory, and jewelled inlay. Presumed to have been made for Louis XIV.
